Vellum Flowers and bookmarks.

I can't believe that next weekend is Labor Day!  I've been busy trying to get ready for my booth at the Walworth County Fair.
Last weekend and every night this week, we've been working on these adorable book marks!

Once again I didn't take pictures!  But I had 5 lovely ladies, Teri Voss, Sheri Belanus, Jen Scheel, Chris Schumacher and Natalie Bauman come and help me last Sunday to put them together.  I've met these gals through my Stampin' Up! business and I'm incredibly blessed to have them in my life.  When they heard what I wanted to do they asked to come help.  And at first I resisted because you know I can do everything myself!  But soon realized I was nutts!  I crazily thought I should make 600 and so that's what we did!

The saying is a retired stamp set from Stampin' Up! but I really felt that God was leading me to do this and to spread His word and promote Him while I was trying to build my business.  After all, I would be nothing without Him.   So this one is my favorite but with 600 we have many many beautiful and interesting designs.  So please stop by and pick one up for free and say hi!  I'll be in the building that the Fair Office is in and I'm directly across from the Will Call window.  So come on by!  I'll also have retired product for sale.
The ribbon is from the new In Colors, stitched Satin Ribbon in Primrose Petals.  And of course we used Big Shot Label Framelits.  And the Designer Series Paper is from Floral District.  I'm keeping this one for myself, because it just makes me happy!

It was all about flowers for this month's workshops.  So we made this beautiful card with the new core color paper in the Holiday mini and the woodgrain embossing folder also found in the Holiday mini.  We used vellum to punch each size of the scallop circle punch, snipped between the scallops,  colored them with a sponge dauber and Viola instant flower.

Thanks for stopping by! Email me at robynscherzer@hotmail.com if you have any questions!
