Getting Ready for Halloween!

I know, I know what??  But really it will be here before you know it!~
I had my group meeting on Wednesday and I had Donna and Kris share what they learned at convention.  Or at least one thing they learned.............

I believe both of these projects were presented by Shannon West.  So stinking cute!
This first one is the Petite Purse Big Shot die cut down to make this cute little box.  And of course, the set is from the Holiday mini called Monster Munchies.  If you look really close, you'll see his bolts are brads!  Thanks to Kris Thomas for recreating Shannon's project.

This next project Donna Marcil recreated with the Ghoulish Googlies bundle on page 27 of the Holiday Mini.  The bag is run through the Big Shot with the Chevron embossing folder.  Donna gave each one of us who attended one of these.  LOVE IT!  I think we'll be making those next month at my clubs.

I did the make and take for us all.  We created this present topper, brooch, ornament thingy, whatever you want to call it with the new Scalloped Tulle Ribbon found on page 4 of the Holiday mini. And the Jumbo Sticky Rounds found on page 31 of the Holiday mini.  I LOVE those things.  I hadn't even noticed them until they used them at convention!
The center is cut from Fun Flowers Bigz die and embossed with the new embossing folder called Lacy Brocade on page 6 of the Holiday mini.  And of course the center is an antique brad.

I think for Christmas using this a bow is just magical!  The new scalloped ribbon is 10 yards for only 6.95.  I'll be buying ALOT of that for my Christmas gifts!

Check back in a few days for some of the swaps that were shared.

Thanks for stopping by! Email me at robynscherzer@hotmail.com if you have any questions!
