Regional Swap

I was inspired for this card by another card I saw on SCS.  I would never have thought to do white on white.  But I couldn't bring myself to just leave it, so I did sponge some Perfect Plum around the inside square. This is the card I swapped at the Minneapolis Regionals.  I used the Poppin Pastels technique and the NEW Framed Tulips embossing folder #121809 that you can find in the Occasions Mini.  The colors used were Perfect Plum and Certainly Celery.  And of course the stamp set is a Level One Hostess stamp set called Because I Care.  I have found MANY uses for it and love it.

    I absolutely love that stamp and you have it gorgeously displayed inside your frame. What beautiful, soft, springy colors. Oh, I'm so ready for spring. Your card makes me smile.

    Hi Robyn, I like the layout you designed for your card. I use that embossing folder a lot.
    Haven't done poppin pastels in years. I should give it a go again.

    I like how you used the poppin pastels technique with this stamp. It's a perfect combo. Love the soft deicate colouring of the frame as well. Give it a feminine, romantic feel.
