I really love these ladies!  I have 11 amazing women who come to my house on the 3rd Thursday of every month.  And they make me SMILE!! OK, and the occasional roll of the eye.....

This first one belongs to Natalie Bauman.  Its hard to see in the picture but she has sparkle galore.

 This card is a team effort, mother/daugher Michele and Sara Teale.  They are relatively new to stamping and they rock with this card!  Even heat embossed!

 This card is by Karen Meadows.  I LOVE the big button as the middle of the flower!

January Club Swaps

I want to share some of the swaps my club gals do.  While they do not all use Stampin' Up! only, I love their creativity so much, I figured, I could share those non Stampin' Up! Cards every once and a while.

Here's the first set, check back in a couple days for some more.  This first one is by Dawn Katzel.  Who doesn't love a sock monkey??

Lori Chalchoff is the designer of this 2nd card.  I love all the scallop layers.

 This third card is by Annette Brauckhoff.  I like how she separated the twine.

Stampin' Up! The Open Sea

Had to share this card that my husband, Edwin, taught at our 4-H's Kid College!
He did it without my help, other than where I was "hiding" my supplies.  Inspiration from the Stampin' Up! Catalog, page 130.

Stamp Set is The Open Sea #123032, Crumb Cake cardstock and Pistachio Pudding ink.

Stampin' Up! Bow Punch

OMG!  I'm in love with the new Bow Punch #137414 in the Occasions Catalog!!!!  We made this cute little Valentine box at my clubs this month and of course HAD to use the bow punch to embellish!~

 We used Strawberry Slush Cardstock and DSP along with the heart framelits.  Making the box is super easy!
Take a half sheet of cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score it hotdog length at 1 1/2", 4", 5 1/2" & 8".  Turn cardstock 90 degrees and score at 1 1/2". 
Taking a paper snips, cut up the score lines to the last 1 1/2" score.  Completely cut off the small retangle.  See picture below.  Assemble box, decorate as desired.   Easy Peasy!!

I  have found that with the Photopolymer that if you put your Piercing mat under you, you get a nice clean image.  I was having a heck of a time with my PVC table leaving a dead spot, no matter how hard I pushed but the piercing mat is magic!  #126199 Stampin' Pierce Mat for $4.95.
